I got a response from Tier2 officer that there are no Visa numbers available. She was pretty pissed that there hell a lot of indians calling and was close to making it racial. She read from a report that DOS sent to USCIS (page 31 is what she quoted) where she said there are no Visa numbers available. I am assuming its for this month.

For your Information India's GDP is 3 trillion USD compare to Mexico 1 trillion USD. Taking into account GDP of EU India ranks 5th in GDP higher than any indivisual European nation where as Mexico ranks 13th. This is as per CIA worldfactbook. So where did you get the number

But since you raised the subject, PPP GDP is adjusted to accomodate for different inflation and consumption rates in different countries. Without the PPT adjustment, India's GDP is equal to Mexico's, even though India has 11 times the population of Mexico. The reason India comes in 4th with the PPP adjustment in the world is because the ruppee is undervalued and Indians have a purchasing power that is 4 times smaller than Mexicans. So, to humor you and use your method of calculation, the Per Capita GDP (PPP) Of India is $3,344 in 2006 and Mexico's is $12,886. "Where are all the Mexican doctores, computer scientists, economists and professors?" you ask. The answer is: They are IN MEXICO making huge salaries, when the Indian ones have to come here because their salaries in India don't give them enough money to eat. Why aren't all the construction workers and lawn workers in the U.S. Indian? Because they cannot affor the airfare. The Mexicans just walk accross the border. Any you know what? All those Indian Professors at Harvard etc are teaching class to all those rich Mexican kids. Get your facts straight before you confront me and make fun of my MBA (which I got in the U.S. incidentally, not Mexico, but if I had wanted I could have gotten a top 20 MBA back home). I just recated to people's racist attacks here. So now, if you have anything to contribute to our IV common cause, welcome! Hey dont give up ur Canadian PR. U have worked so hard for it. Just think about it. What if ur US GC goes for a toss (god forbid)? The idea was to use Canadian PR as a backup so do it. Also, I completed my landing in Canada recently. PM me if u need more info...

It is customary to put one year expiration for I-94 for AP entry. It does not mean much.

Did you know I-140 dates are prtable from X to Y after 140 is approved? I am sorry to hear your pain, but you can check if you can atleast maintain your priority dates.
Are you sure about that...never heard of I140 portability. If it were true...why would there be such a big ho ha about AC-21.

My I-485 application got a RFE. "We mailed you a notice requesting additional evidence". Will have to wait for the formal letter for the details.
My wife's I-485 application however was transferred to Newark NJ for interview. "This case has been sent for a standard interview."
I have a ton of questions at this stage. here are few in you gurus can help me while I am waiting for the RFE letter.
1) Will the RFE letter be mailed to me or my attorney ? what has been ur experience? do you get it in one week ?
2) why USCIS has split the processing of my I-485 and my wife's I-485. Her I-485 is transfered to Newark, NJ while mine is pending at TSC (now waiting for RFE response).
3) How much time will I have to respond to the RFE? Based on the new guidelines (http://www.murthy.com/news/n_timrfe.html) , I expect that to be stated in the RFE letter.

VISA BULLETIN FOR JUNE 2009 sets back EB2 priority back to 01JAN00.
Some thing needs to be done. The easist will be not counting ebdependents in ebquota. This should be very easy. There is no INA law linking ebquota with ebdependents.
I need IV Core help for this.
